We don’t offer protected territories as such, however we are developing a street team directory for our website, so if an advertising agency needs a street team they can find you using that tool. We will offer this service free to our customers.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from BackpackBillboards.com. We will need you to contact us for a shipping quote as an international order cannot be placed on our website.
CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
To check the status of your order or track your package, you will simply follow the tracking number provided after your order has shipped. Please note tracking numbers will only update once the units are on a flight.

The average time a battery will last approximately 6-8 hours. Of course it’s not necessary to run the lights during the daytime hours. A Video Billboard will run 4-5 Hours.
Depending on which Backpack Billboard you buy. Our standard unit is $329.00. The scrolling text unit is $399.00 and the Video Display $549.00. All prices exclusive of shipping.
We typically ship the walking billboard out on the next business day from when you place the order. Shipping takes from 2-5 business days depending on where you are located.
Yes. The Backpack billboard comes with a 6 month limited warranty which covers the batteries and LED lights. We also stock parts, however due to the simplicity of the design there isn’t really anything that can cause an issue.
The Backpack Billboard weighs a total of 16 lbs. A Video Billboard is 26Lb. Because it’s worn like a backpack it’s very comfortable and easy to wear so you don’t notice any weight that may hinder the person using the Walking Billboard.

We ship from our warehouse in California. Usually we can ship the same day as you place your order. UPS is our preferred carrier and the delivery time is approximately 2-5 business days.

The media should be printed on back-lit film so that the light from the LED’s will shine through the media. Most local printers should be able to print on this material, however if you can’t find someone in your area we are happy to recommend an online printer.
